On Friday, October 27th, 2017, WTNH interviewed Karen for their segment on the most haunted places in Connecticut. She described several hauntings that she has experienced for that evening's news. Karen used her abilities to explain why a former general store in Merrill, Michigan was haunted, explaining that there was a "watchman" in the home of the Midcalf family that was traumatizing a young girl.
Karen was interviewed by the Discovery Channel for an episode of "A Haunting" on Friday, June 15th, 2012. The premiered on The Discovery Channel's Destination America, November 30th, 2012, on an episode entitled, "The Uninvited." On Wednesday, May 1, 2013 Karen was interviewed again by Producer Katie Barrie for an episode called "The Well to Hell," which premiered in October, 2013. This was the most-watched episode of that series to date.
In 2015, she was interviewed by producer Jenny Chung for another episode of "A Haunting" which will air in the fall of 2015.
Karen is the lead Psychic Medium for G.O.N.E.R.S. (Ghosts of New England Research Society).
Our House Media interviewed Karen in the fall of 2014 for an episode of Paranormal Survivor in Albany, NY for an episode of Paranormal Survivor, concerning a barn in Meriden, CT where there have been many unexplained events. The barn is, essentially a shrine for fallen soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan as well as many other fallen in the line of duty for the US military set up by Staff Sergeant (retired) Ben Grainger.
Invited by Ben and Tess Grainger to visit the barn after they went to Karen's office for a Mediumship reading, Karen noted the presence of a fallen soldier "riding with her in her car" as she was driving to visit the Graingers in Meriden, CT. He was looking forward to passing messages to Ben through Karen. The soldier's family was present at the Graingers when Karen showed up, leading to an incredible emotional experience for all.
Paranormal Survivor interviewed the Graingers, along with Karen and lead investigator, Kurt Knapp of the Ghosts of New England Research Society.
